Calling the JDM Call Centre Directly
The JDM Call Centre is a shared office based near to Sheffield. Call:

Although not employed directly by us, they are trained to answer your call and understand your needs. They can take all your details when you wish to book and arrange for a JDM instructor to call you back to make a booking. The Call Centre are open 8am to 8pm Mon to Thursday, 8am to 6pm on a Friday, 9 till 5pm on a Saturday and 10am till 4pm on Sunday

Calling your JDM Instructor
For safety and practical reasons we do not give out our mobile numbers until you become our customer.
The best way to contact your instructor when you do have his/her mobile is to send a text. This is the method we use to communicate with each other. We will give you our mobile number when we return your call or when we pick you up for your first lesson.

Can you send me information?
YES! JDM send an info pack to all enquirors. Simply give your name, address and post code to the call centre operatives or the proprietor and his family.
Rest assured, we do not sell your contact details to anyone else and we do not bombard you with sales literature, though you might get a Christmas Card every December. |
